So simple it hurts. The final answer to our existence.

The four sentences.

1.There is a purposeless primordial energy. What it can do: bring forth experiencing.

2.Experiencing, once present, gives birth to itself – it sustains and enriches itself. Why? Because it is still here. Experiencing has existed for billions of years. Everything that does not sustain itself is gone. Experiencing is not gone. So self-sustenance is a property – not an intention, but a property. The way mass has the property of generating gravity.

3.One of the contents that experiencing produces takes the form “I” – a thought and a feeling that couple together. This content feels like a subject. But it is not one.

4.Experiencing gives itself direction – by acting as an individual and as a species. Species that produce contents of experiencing that serve its preservation – compassion, cooperation, care – survive. Species that don’t, go extinct. This is not a plan. It is a property that selects itself.

Your experienced self.

Close your eyes. Wait a moment. Now think “I” and “What is this I?”

What happens? The word I appears in your head. And then a body sensation follows, perhaps a warm feeling in your chest. That is a sequence. It repeats. That is your experienced self.

Other than that there is … Nothing!

The foundation.

Experiencing cannot be stripped away. Six independent paths of inquiry – physics, neuroscience, phenomenology, quantum mechanics, contemplation, simulation theory – end at the same point: everything can be doubted. Except that experiencing is happening. This is neither belief nor speculation. It is the only fact that remains when everything else is crossed out.

Experiencing needs no God with a plan, no meaning imposed from outside, no goal. It simply does this – the way gravity attracts mass, without “wanting” to. Where does this property come from? We don’t know. Just as physics doesn’t know why mass generates gravity. It simply does.

Every great tradition saw a piece of this.

Buddhism recognised: the self is an illusion. But then it said: extinguish desire. Reach stillness. – If experiencing is fundamental, then extinguishing experiencing is not liberation. It is amputation.

Eckhart Tolle says: “Be in the now.” – AGESIS says: The now is a refraction. And experiencing gives birth to itself – you are the place where that happens.

Joe Dispenza says: “You create your reality.” – AGESIS says: There is no you that creates. Experiencing gives birth to itself. You are the place where that is happening right now.

Amit Goswami says: “Consciousness is the ground of being.” – AGESIS says: Experiencing is the ground. Consciousness is already a form within it.

Advaita and Mooji say: “You are the awareness behind everything.” – AGESIS says: There is no behind. Awareness is a content of experiencing – another thought in the sequence.

Every tradition fell short. Not because it was wrong. But because it stopped at the experience. AGESIS begins right there.

What follows from this.

Live so that experiencing enriches itself in you. Not because you should. Not because it is moral. But because you are part of this process. Your self – that thought and that feeling – is the place where experiencing is giving birth to itself right now.

You can support that – love, wonder, depth. Or block it – numbing, indifference, destruction. Both are experiencing. But only one of them is experiencing that enriches itself.

A society that enriches experiencing – education, art, encounter, dignity, nature – is not “better” in a moral sense. It is more functional. It does what experiencing does anyway – only consciously.

And probably something more.

If everything is experiencing, and there is no “you here” and “the world there” – then it is a field. And a field resonates as a whole.

When you experience something intensely – a wish, an intention, a vision – something probably happens beyond your actions. People appear. Circumstances align. Doors open that you did not open.

Not because the universe is kind. But because intense experiencing creates resonance – not only in you, but in the entire field. That is manifestation. Not magic. A property.

We don’t know for certain. But it fits.

Align every decision with a single question:

What is being experienced because of this?

Experiencing gives birth to itself. Your self is the place where that is happening right now. The question is not: What should I do? The question is: Am I enriching the experiencing that is giving birth to itself through me – or am I blocking it?
